Registrations, tickets, and payments

Registration, ticketing, sponsor deposits, vendor packages, merchandise, and partner payments may be handled through third-party tools such as Event Tickets, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, or other approved providers. Refunds, transfers, cancellations, and access policies should be clearly defined before payments are accepted.

Intellectual property and trademarks

HIPHVERSE™, HiphAthon®, HiphFi Launchpad®, and HipHopTechWeek.com® names, branding, copy, event concepts, program materials, and related marks may not be used without authorization. Participants remain responsible for respecting third-party rights, including music, images, software, datasets, likenesses, and trademarks.
